Nexus Supply Chain Solutions S.A. de C.V. (Mexico Operational Hub) and Nexus Fulfillment Group LLC (Cross-Border Logistics Gateway) operate this website and the fulfillment services described on it. For merchant account data we act as a data controller; for order and recipient data supplied by merchants we act as a data processor on the merchant's instructions.

Business contact data submitted through the merchant capacity application (company name, business email, direct phone, store URL, volume and storage profile, notes). Order data transmitted by merchants through API or EDI, including recipient name, delivery address, contact details, and item descriptions required for customs entry. Operational records such as scan events, dispatch timestamps, and portal access logs.

We process data to evaluate applications, provide fulfillment and cross-border services, file customs entries, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. Legal bases under GDPR are contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, and compliance with legal obligations.

Data is shared with carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), customs authorities and brokers, and vetted infrastructure providers under written data processing terms. Because operations span Mexico and the United States, personal data is transferred across borders under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Application data is retained for 24 months from last contact. Customs and shipment records are retained for 5 years to meet regulatory record-keeping requirements. Portal access logs are retained for 12 months. Data is deleted or anonymized at the end of these periods.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.

Submit requests to operations@nexusfulfillment.co. Where we act as processor for a merchant, we forward the request to that merchant as controller.

Access to systems is role-based with multi-factor authentication, warehouse node isolation, encryption in transit, and audited access logging. Card data is never stored on our systems; payment routing runs through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure.
